Tech Lead for our Sportsbook team

We are now looking for a Tech Lead to help us grow and lead one of our product development teams. You will be a part of the high-paced Sportsbook team where you will contribute with your excellent communication skills and your wide technical- and architectural knowledge. Working in a tight group we take pride in our deliveries and the product. As a person, you also like to drive your own initiatives and feel confident leading others by example. 

The purpose of the Sportsbook team is to create a industry leading platform and experience within the iGaming industry. To achieve this we need smart and passionate people who love what they do. Responsibilities:

  • Point-of-contact for technical initiatives and issues related to the team, e.g. pre-studies, groomings, incidents etc
  • Coordinate technical development in all parts of the cross-teams domain and distributing responsibilities when needed
  • Contribute to architectural initiatives, both development- and infrastructure wise, that improve efficiency in the organization
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the teams technologies and architectures to be able to support and participate in development work when needed
  • Develop, maintain and communicate an aspirational architectural technical road map for the team, ensuring the teams best interest is taken into consideration when planning
  • Together with manager and project owner ensure that the team is setup correctly to solve its mission, through taking parts in interviews, and scoping required roles
  • Together with product owner and manager ensure new team members take part in relevant technologies and is onboarded to the MRG way of development in general, and the teams relevant technologies in specific
