As a Tech Recruiter at Gametek you will be owning the entire recruitment process from start to end. By close cooperation with our Hiring managers you will ensure a great candidate experience resulting in happy high performing employees. You will work independently within the Gametek HR Team and have freedom to improve and suggest other or better ways of working to reach the best results.
We are typically recruiting developers and other roles within tech, on a very competitive market in Stockholm. Our office is located centrally in the vibrant Epicenter and we just moved in here about a year ago so you will find yourself in a cool setting and open environment. At Gametek we are about 100 employees made up by approximately 20 nationalities, we value individual differences and love team work.
You will be reporting to our Chief People Officer and be part of the HR Team. We help out each other and make sure our employees have what they need.
You will identify the recruitment needs through constant dialogue with our hiring managers and source the candidates probably through multiple channels. Selecting and interviewing candidates and guiding them through the process making sure that everyone we talk to is treated fairly, leaving no one behind without feedback.
We use BambooHR and their hiring module.
In order to succeed in this role we believe you have an interest for the Tech sector and feel comfortable with talking to candidates about their technology (without being an expert) to attract and understand their profiles.
You might have an education in HR or similar, the most important thing is your personality and motivation to reach your goals.
Since our environment is international you need to be fluent in communicating (speaking and writing) in English.
You might have worked as a recruitment consultant and now want to own the in house recruitment function at Gametek.
